Challenge

Santander Consumer's digital service had critical flaws; lack of presence, lack of awareness in the digital space along with the brand and a channel that was not ready to sell.

The main challenge for us was to provide the Santander digital experience with a value proposition in line with the strength of the Santander brand and to be able to transfer that value to the interface, operations and functionalities of the digital channel.


Insight

After an in-depth discovery of the entire product, service or customer lifecycle, we aligned on an In&Out approach: internal, from the company’s point of view, and external, from the audience’s point of view. We map the category, the value proposition, positioning and brand promise.
