We launched Cuervo’s first flavor contest to get people buzzing about margaritas.

Project Overview

60% of shoppers’ cocktail purchases are driven by wanting to try something new. Cuervo had just the right incentive.

We gave margarita lovers the chance to “shake-up” their favorite flavors and create new ones they love even more. Via a microsite, we created a customized marg-building experience, complete with mixology-inspired ingredients and wildcard suggestions. Fans voted for their favorites. And our winner took home a $100K grand prize (and bragging rights).
